I went to college knowing very little about how friendship worked. A few years into my college years I was a student leader on weekend retreats, a student senator, an editor of our college yearbook, and on the homecoming queen court… ALL because of learning little tidbits of psychological science and applying them to my life. I truly did NOT change my core personality. I just began to understand how things worked.
