Journaling helps us figure out who we are, what we need and what we want. It can help us make better decisions and focus on the very things that support us in taking  care of ourselves

Every weekday morning (except US holidays), you receive an email from Dr. Helmrich. The brief email will 1) teach a little change science, 2) has a short story about how it could be applied to change things with respect to self, marriage, or helping others and 3) include a journaling prompt for you to write on for 5 minutes that day in your journal. These emails are “fresh” emails, meaning they are NOT all written a year in advance and “dripped out” to you a day at a time. They are all written a few days before you get them. Hence they reflect our current world.
